Caret v0.4.0: Full Cline Integration and New Partnerships

v0.4.0 integrates Cline v3.38.2, adds latest models, sub-agent CLI, BizRouter partnership, and monthly free credits.

Caret v0.4.0 is out. We fully integrated Cline v3.38.2 and focused on lifting the user experience while keeping Caret’s own extensions.

2) Full Cline v3.38.2 integration and account compatibility
